6. August 6th. 2020: Mr. James Broward Story TO BE AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND
PLENIPOTENTIARY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF
VENEZUELA.
Honorable: Chairman,
Ranking Member and all other members of this Committee.
I do request your
comprehension about this declaration, it would not be my intention to interfere
in an official administrative process of a country which I am not a citizen.
Allow me to offer my excuses to the people of the United States of America,
their institutions and to this Committee of the Senate.
I felt forced to
address to the Committee as a Venezuelan citizen to respectfully request for
your attention about the public relations and actions of the US Embassy in our
country.
For any neutral academic
observer there would have been a significant distance between the public
position of the President of the United States Mr. Donald J. Trump and the
actions undertaken by his representatives in Venezuela.
Similar or even
worst appreciation would have been around the progress of the process of
cooperation for the re-institutionalization and the return to a State of Law in
Venezuela.
Also, an ambassador
should get in touch directly or be informed about the different legitimate
interest in play at the nation and society under his jurisdiction.
It would be a
general aspiration of most Venezuelans along the most diverse class and
position, although censured by the forces of the occupation and the treason of
our own nationals which only represent themselves and their interest, while all
transactions are secret and related to illegitimate actions and the
international organized crime, to substitute the usurpations of all State

Being this a low
probability change of “politics” under our circumstances, the majority of our
population has been abandoned and your honorable Embassy has an extremely
minimal or none capacity to interact with the authentic representatives of our
society.
That would be the
case of Chargé d'Affairs for Venezuela James B. Story, keeping a limited or
exclusive circle of referred type of contacts blocking any possibility to build
a clear diplomacy in accordance to the public guidance of the Secretary Mr.
Mike Pompeo and the White House.
It seems that his
priorities would have determined the recognition of another fake institution,
the Asamblea Nacional and its members up to advise your Government to recognize
one of them as President of Venezuela, while this institution and all others

All around many of
its members there is a long list and growing of scandals of corruption in
practically all areas of activity where they have been involved.
Meanwhile
Venezuelans staying inside the territory are living with all the list of characteristics
a real HOLOCAUST in the XXI Century and all other five million, 15% of our
population were displaced abroad to every direction to protect themselves and
their families and all of them have been abandoned by our Nation which
practically has disappeared for all its citizens.
All this would be
normal as compared with the un-appropriate declaration of the Ambassador of Mr.
Juan Guaido at Washington interfering US internal administrative process to
promote and celebrate the nomination of their pal Mr. James B. Story.

sido un gran aliado y un articulador clave de nuestra lucha por la restauración
de la libertad y la democracia, así como por la defensa de los derechos de
todos los venezolanos. Su confirmación como embajador sería de gran importancia
para este proceso y reafirmaría la convicción de Estados Unidos de que
próximamente se reabrirá la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Caracas, una reapertura
en libertad”.
This Venezuelans
have got into collaboration with the occupation régime and are a key part of it
which reminds clearly the opprobrious Vichy experience during the occupied
France. In the case of Venezuela there is particular interest of some groups to
continue dealing with the destruction of the country with absolute disrespect
to the facts: all businesses related to Venezuela are feed by the suffering,
the blood and the massive murder of hundreds of thousands. Yes and this is
visible at simply sight to any who wants to see them.
We are obliged to
expose our HOLOCAUST in order to claim for external assistance and recognizing
as an educated member of our society of our absolute failure to protect
ourselves, none of the whole list of Human Rights and surrendering our nation
to the organized crime.
I already made a first
step forward in June 4th 2000 and continue marching in the same direction until
God keeps me breathing in order to defend our dignity as Sapiens and the values
of Occident.
